Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Additional information may not be available except through personal inspection at item preview. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invioce. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. . No changes to paperwork will be allowed. IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL TAX OFFICE BEFORE BIDDING ON VEHICLE.. SOME STATES WILL NOT TAKE PAPERWORK FROM TEXAS. PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS FOR PAPERWORK TO BE READY FOR PICKUP IN ROYSE CITY. All participants hereby agree and accept that JD Newell Auctioneers will not be held responsible for any errors.
